Jerome W. McKenzie, CFP® - mckenziej@faskc.com
Vice President, Investment Manager
Jerome graduated from Penn Valley Community College
and attended the University of Missouri, majoring in accounting.
He decided upon a career in the securities business where he focused
on customer transactions. To enhance his knowledge of the retail
side of the brokerage business, Jerome received his securities license
in 1989. While performing accounting and tax preparation work with
the accounting firm of Stephen L. Mock, PC., Jerome was introduced
to FAS.
In 1991, Jerome became the investment manager
for FAS. His responsibilities include preparing quarterly financial
reports, executing investment transactions, re-balancing portfolios
and addressing account inquiries. Jerome also functions as a liaison
between FAS clients and Charles Schwab, Fidelity Investments, annuity
and life insurance companies, and other investment companies. In
1997, he broadened his financial planning knowledge by successfully
passing the Certified Financial Planning Board examination - receiving
his CFP® designation. Jerome is also a registered securities
representative and registered investment adviser representative.
